Cancellation Policy

• Low Season: Less than 01 days before arrival 30% of total accommodation charges.
• Medium Season: Less than 05 days before arrival 30% of total accommodation charges.
• High Season: Less than 10 days before arrival 50% of total accommodation charges.
• No show fee, departure prior or arrival after the reserved dates: 100% of total accommodation charges or remaining accommodation balance.

• Security Deposit and Payment Details
• All bookings to be secured by 30% deposit at least 30 days prior to arrival
  and remaining balance to be paid one week [7 days] prior to guests' arrival date - reservations will not be honoured otherwise.
• Major credit cards accepted : VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS
• Bank details for bank transfers can also be supplied upon request.
• We do not accept personal cheques.
